Avanntive Consulting was established in Tirana in 31 January 2011. Avanntive Consulting was founded by Ms. Laura Qorlaze, former shareholder and legal representative of the company. Starting from April 2016 Avanntive Consulting new Managing Partner is Ms. Olta Kaziaj, a professional with more than ten years of experience in financial and accounting firms in Albania.
During her experience Ms. Kaziaj has been responsible for various tasks as part of service provision to both international and local clients including but not limited in accounting consulting, financial and tax advisory services, due diligence, tax compliance work in a wide range of industries, such as: energy, oil and gas, construction, insurance, hardware and software and more. Her expertise is extended to financial analyses, financial advisory, tax and accounting consultancy. Ms. Kaziaj has acted on various occasions as advisor to the government, international organizations and big size companies.
Ms. Kaziaj has a degree in Finance and Law and is a Certified Public Accountant in Albania.
